While there's been a minor spate of vegan/vegetarian restaurant openings in Wellington of late, the real creativity seems to be emerging not from the true believers but from the vego sympathisers wafting about the fringes, as it were – the recently opened Comes and Goes in Petone, and now Bambuchi in suburban Hataitai.
