The Indian food revolution is a win for our taste buds

Once all we wanted from Indian restaurants was butter chicken. But times are changing.

We still eat vast quantities of the stuff - it would be a brave Indian restaurant that didn't have some version on the menu – but the big movers in the Indian restaurant world now are those who offer food that tastes like it tastes in India.

They are backing that Kiwis are hungry for authenticity and it's a gamble that is paying off.

Sadhana and husband Anup Nathu's story is a perfect example of this Indian revolution.
