A champagne and oyster bar seems highly decadent for Christchurch. How many people in this city would go out of their way to pay top dollar for bubbles and seafood? When we walked into Louis early on a cold, wet Saturday evening, it was apparent that, actually, quite a few would; the bar was bustling and we were lucky to get a table.
