Chef's own kitchen: Dessert extraordinaire Dan Freeman

You might recognise Dan Freeman from his stint on My Kitchen Rules in 2014, but the former cooking show contestant turned professional chef is now catching foodies attention with a new project in the form of his pop-up patisserie Hundred Acre Food.
