Recipe: Sam Mannering's quick red curry with roasted duck, kumara and tamarind

Asian supermarkets are a serious weakness of mine. It feels like every time I visit my local on Auckland's Dominion Road (Da Hua, which is a joy of a place by the way), I'll go in for a bunch of coriander and come out with my body weight in treats. A whole barbecue duck is a constant temptation.
