Recipe: Serial Griller food truck's maple bacon jam

Dave Kurth's meat patty "recipe" is dead simple. It's ground beef with a touch of salt and pepper and nothing else. No breadcrumbs egg, onion, garlic, herbs or fancy spices. As Dave says bluntly, "It's a burger patty we're making, not a meatloaf sandwich."
