Insects we are told could be - maybe have to be - the food of the future. They are bountiful, sustainable and a huge source of protein.
But there's that huge public image problem.
People used to eating a ham sandwich for lunch start gagging at the idea of eating a bug with legs, eyes and feelers. Bugs get sprayed and belong in nightmares and horror movies.
However, one way around this is getting people used to eating insects in more friendly, hidden ways like baking. Enter the insect flour. That's an insect that has been ground up.
