Recipe: Sam Mannering's smoked pork hock, chicken liver and parsley terrine

Let this mark the start of picnic season and all the gallivanting that comes with nicer weather! Whether it be to the beach or the races, terrine travels well; just keep it safe in the tin and pull it out at the last minute.
