Commerce Commission works to clarify broadband offers

A lack of understanding about broadband options is causing frustration for consumers taking out new connections.

The Commerce Commission said telecommunications was one of the biggest sources of the complaints it received. Consumers often said they felt misled by providers.

It has released a new infographic which shows households the right type of connection for them.
