New Zealand has the fastest-rising house prices in the developed world, a new report says - but one economist says that does not necessarily mean we are risk of a sharp downturn.
The Economist released a chart that compared New Zealand's price rise since 1980 to the situation in Australia, Britain, Canada and the United States.
