Many people are joining the anti-sugar bandwagon, but dessert super chef Adriano Zumbo isn't one of them.
"Mate," he says in a classic Aussie drawl, "there is sugar in everything. It doesn't matter what you eat in life, there is sugar in it."
It's definitely in his celebrated desserts, which have swept the bald-headed 35-year-old pastry chef to TV stardom and a chain of patisseries opening across Melbourne and Sydney.
