A North Shore woman is warning Airbnb users to beware: Not all listings are what they seem.
Silverdale real estate agent Donna a'Beckett's name and phone number are listed on the site, alongside the details of a house she sold 12 months ago.
The only problem is, it's not her house, the house is still tenanted and it's not available for Airbnb renters.
"Last week someone rang and said 'do you own this house?' I said 'no' and he said 'I've just booked it and haven't heard back'."
