Manhattan's Eleven Madison Park has been named the top restaurant by World's 50 Best Restaurants, becoming the first American name to reach the No.1 spot on the celebrated list since 2004. The New York restaurant bumped last year's winner, Osteria Francescana in Italy, to second place.
