Recipe: Plum cheesecake from Raw Balance

Reader Judy Leeson asks how to make the vegan and gluten free plum cheesecake from Raw Balance. Leeson says she recently discovered the cafe while in Taupo for lunch, en route to the Napier House and Garden Tour.
