Woks, herbs and how to use them

The Asian Garden Cooking School, tucked away on Whitchurch Rd in Harewood, is a bit of a hidden gem.
The school runs classes covering the preparation and cooking of a range of asian dishes, followed by eating said dishes.
Filling myself with good food is something I'm always keen on, so I immediately jumped on the chance to go.
General manager of Asian Garden Hospitality Neptune Jiang welcomed my wife Laura and I on the day to give us a brief run down.
