Recipe: Sam Mannering's red onion, rosemary and feta tarte Tatin

I'm a great believer in laughing off kitchen disasters. I can't stand it when people tell me about the time they screwed up gnocchi or profiteroles or something and that they're just the worst cooks ever and won't ever try again. Nobody is born with an innate sense of culinary ability. We all have to start somewhere.
