Kiwi chef Peter Gordon: 'We need to look after ourselves'

It's been a year of anniversaries for Peter Gordon. The chef has celebrated the 30th year of The Sugar Club, the 15th year of his London tapas bar The Providores and the 10th year of its Sky City sibling, Bellota.
