I've always liked fish and chips. It goes back to childhood when it was an occasional Friday night treat from Panettiere restaurant in Cambridge. Crispy delights emerged from the newspaper swaddling and our family liked to pep them up with old-school Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce.
